Stephen Rhoades

Renaissance Man, Stephen Rhoades, lives on Florentine Farm where he designs and creates beautiful and inspirational art installations. After studying studio art and business at the University of Vermont, Stephen built and managed glassblowing studios for eight years before turning towards installation art full time. With a diverse, hands on background in general contracting, metal, wood and glass, he has been able to transform his creative and managerial acumen into a successful lighting installation company.

Matthew Marsie

Matt is the Crew Lead of the Florentine Farms Installation Team, and has been with us since our debut year in 2018. With nearly a decade’s worth of experience working in various trades, ranging from landscaping/hardscaping to residential contracting, he brings a wide variety of knowledge from a multitude of industries to any project. After studying Environmental Earth Science at Eastern Connecticut State University he moved to Vermont, and currently pursues art full time, specializing in high fidelity wide-field astrophotography.
